【摘要】:Thisstandardforimmunityrequirementsappliestotelevisionbroadcastreceivers,soundbroadcastreceiversandassociatedequipmentintendedforuseintheresidential,commercialandlightindustrialenvironment.Thisstandarddescribesthemethodsofmeasurementandspecifiedlimitsapplicabletosoundandtelevisionreceiversandtoassociatedequipmentwithregardtotheirimmunitycharacteristicstodisturbingsignals.Thisstandardisalsoapplicabletotheimmunityofoutdoorunitsofdirecttohome(DTH)satellitereceivingsystemsforindividualreception.NOTE1Receivingsystemsforcollectivereception,inparticularcabledistributionheadends(CommunityAntennaTelevision,CATV)andcommunityreceptionsystems(MasterAntennaTelevision,MATV)arecoveredbyIEC60728-2.NOTE2BroadcastreceiversfordigitalsignalsarecoveredbyAnnexIandAnnexJ.Immunityrequirementsaregiveninthefrequencyrange0Hzto400GHz.Radio-frequencytestsoutsidethespecifiedfrequencybandsorconcerningotherphenomenathangiveninthisstandardarenotrequired.Theobjectiveofthisstandardistodefinetheimmunitytestrequirementsforequipmentdefinedinthescopeinrelationtocontinuousandtransient,conductedandradiateddisturbancesincludingelectrostaticdischarges.Thesetestrequirementsrepresentessentialelectromagneticimmunityrequirements.Testrequirementsarespecifiedforeachport(enclosureorconnector)considered.NOTE3Thisstandarddoesnotspecifyelectricalsafetyrequirementsforequipmentsuchasprotectionagainstelectricshocks,unsafeoperation,insulationco-ordinationandrelateddielectrictests.NOTE4Inspecialcases,situationswillarisewherethelevelofdisturbancesmayexceedthelevelsspecifiedinthisstandarde.g.whereahand-heldtransmitterisusedinproximitytoanequipment.Intheseinstancesspecialmitigationmeasuresmayhavetobeemployed.Theenvironmentsencompassedbythisstandardareresidential,commercialandlight-industriallocations,bothindoorandoutdoor.Thefollowinglist,althoughnotcomprehensive,givesanindicationoflocationswhichareincluded:-residentialproperties,e.g.houses,apartments,etc.;-retailoutlets,e.g.shops,supermarkets,etc.;-businesspremises,e.g.offices,banks,etc.;-areasofpublicentertainment,e.g.cinemas,publicbars,dancehalls,etc.;-outdoorlocations,e.g.petrolstations,carparks,amusementandsportscentres,etc.;-light-industriallocationse.g.workshops,laboratories,servicecentres,etc.;-carandboat.Locationswhicharecharacterizedbytheirmainspowerbeingsupplieddirectlyatlowvoltagefromthepublicmainsareconsideredtoberesidential,commercialorlightindustrial.
