【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverselectricalinsulationmonitoringdevices,intendedaspermanentlyinstalledunits,foruseinthedetectionofohmicinsulationfaultstogroundinactive,acungroundedelectricalsystems.1.2Limitations-Thisspecificationdoesnotcoverdeviceswhicharenotintendedforoperationfor:dcungroundedsystemsoracungroundedsystemswithdccomponentsunlessactodcconversionisisolatedfromthemonitoredsystemwithtransformers.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodsportion,Section9,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
