【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoverstheevaluationofsmokedensityinthefluegasesfromburningdistillatefuels.Itisintendedprimarilyforusewithhomeheatingequipmentburningkerosineorheatingoils.Itcanbeusedinthelaboratoryorinthefieldtocomparefuelsforcleanburningortocompareheatingequipment.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.Arbitraryandrelativeunitsarealsoused.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
